Tip for Mac DJs!! Streaming song info with VDJ & Nicecast

Nicecast can optionally read track titles manually from a file.

1. Create a text file named NowPlaying.txt

2. Paste to the content of the text file:

Title:
Artist:
Album:
Time:

3. Put the file into the Home folder [username](~).../Library/Application Support/Nicecast/NowPlaying.txt

4. Add artist and track info as you need. Save the document and BAM! track info sent!!!


*Note: If this file exists, Nicecast will override any other titles. If you wish to pull titles directly from your source application, be sure to remove the NowPlaying.txt file.

~All fields are optional, or 'N/A' if not available.
~The refresh rate for this file is 15 seconds.
